Returns & Refunds


Portland Cargo Co. product comes with a lifetime warranty to the original owner that covers workmanship and materials against defect. Our guarantee covers every item for the lifetime of the product, failure of workmanship and craftsmanship, failure of materials and production defects. Our guarantee does not cover general wear and damage caused by accident or by using the item for other than its intended purpose. This includes animal damage, damage caused by mishandling via airline or third party shipping companies, extreme wear, and third-party alterations made to the item. Likewise, fluctuating fit, abuse of product, and disregard for the product care instructions are not covered. Please note every item is subject to an evaluation by our Returns Team. 


If you're not satisfied with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition for a full refund, less shipping costs. Please return in a flat, unwrinkled condition or we won't be able to give a full refund. 

  1. Complete the online Return form: Click Here 
  2. Enter all of the required contact information. Tell us why you’re returning the item and if you want to exchange, refund, or have it repaired. Click “SUBMIT” when you have completed all the information. 
  3. Get a Return Shipping Label: Our Customer Service Team will e-mail a pre-paid USPS shipping label to you. 
  4. Ship It: Pack your item in an appropriately sized box and drop it in the USPS at your local Post Office. 
  5. Check Your Email: we will send you an email to notify you that your return has been processed and credited, or denied and returned to you. Your refund or exchange should be processed within a 3 business days of approving your return. 
*International Returns and Exchanges: we are unable to cover shipping back to you, nor are we able to cover duties on the returning the new item to you.
